๐ How to Request Account Deletion
1. Log in to your YESL Foods account using your registered credentials.
2. Navigate to the โMy Accountโ section.
3. You will find an option to Deactivate / Delete Account.
5. After submitting the form, you will receive anacknowledgement SMS on your registered mobile number.
6. A member of theYESL Foods Support Team will contact you via phone to reconfirm your request.
7. Once verified and approved, your account will be deactivated within 7 working days.

- This option is visible only after a successful login to ensure no unauthorised request is raised by someone else.

7. Once verified and approved, your account will be deactivated within 7 working days.
๐ Important Information Before You Proceed
1. Once you submit an account deletion request,all your history with YESL Foods will be permanently erased.
2. You will not be able to create a new account using thesame phone number or email ID.
3. You will not be able to log in again using your existing credentials.
4. Any pending transactions (refunds, order details, etc.) will be consideredclosed and void, as the associated data will no longer exist.
5. If you require invoice copies or past order records please download them beforesubmitting your deletion request. After deletion, we will not have access to your records.
6. During your engagement with YESL Foods โ and even after deactivation โ no personal data is shared with third parties, except where required by law or government authorities.
7. Even after account deletion, your basic identifiers (name, phone number, email ID) will be stored in a secure, isolated database solely for legal compliance purposes.
8. After your account is deactivated, please avoid attempting to log in Repeated login attempts that affect system performance may be treated as misuse and could lead to legal action.
